针对利用新技术进行运维模式、管理制度、馆藏介质、服务空间等变革的高校图书馆转型发展迫切要求,主要分析了新时代高校图书馆转型发展必然性,探讨了区块链技术和"互联网+"思维在高校图书馆架构转型改造中的应用。

In view of the urgent requirement for the transformation and development of university libraries,which use new technolgies to transform the operation and maintenance mode,management system,collection media,service space,etc.This paper mainly analyzes the inevitability of the transformation and development of university libraries in the new era,and discusses the application of block chain technology and"Internet plus"thinking in the transformation and transformation of university library structure.
