摘要
基于校企双主体模式的职业院校教师企业实践是实施"双师型"教师培养的重要环节,是提升教师专业实践技能的有效路径。结合国家对现代职业教育的政策导向,从职业院校教师企业实践的动力因素、发展方向和实施路径3个方面进行论述,为构建职业院校教师企业实践运行机制提供借鉴。
The enterprise practice of teachers in vocational colleges based on the school enterprise dual subject model is an important part of the implementation of"Dual Teacher"teacher training,and an effective way to improve teachers'professional practice skills.Combined with the policy guidance of the state for modern vocational education,this paper discusses the driving factors,development direction and implementation path of enterprise practice of teachers in vocational colleges,so as to provide reference for the construction of the operation mechanism of enterprise practice of teachers in vocational colleges.
