Based on the research status on the informatization of construction project management,this paper expounds the definition,connotation and development process of the informatization of construction project management,analyzes the problems encountered in the development of the informatization of construction project management,probes into the possible influencing factors such as government departments,managers and information technology in the process of the informatization of construction project management,and expounds the optimization strategy of construction project management,so as to provide new ideas and insights for the informatization of construction project management,and to create conditions for the sustainable,stable and healthy development of the industry.
