为了构建适应高等教育发展需求的创新型专业人才培养体系,更好更优地培养高校创业创新型人才,从树立和更新继续教育理念、优化继续教育课程、改进教学方法及构建继续教育实践平台、完善考核和评价体系等角度进行了定义、梳理和分析,提出了相关的推进创业创新型的人才培养以及新模式下高校继续教育的改革举措,有助于在"大众创业,万众创新"背景下加快高校创业型人才的培养,以便更好地适应高等教育时代对创新型专业人才的发展需求。

In order to build a training system of innovative talents to meet the needs of the development of higher education,better and better training of entrepreneurial and innovative talents in colleges in China.This paper defines,combs and analyzes the following aspects:setting up and renewing the concept of continuing education,optimizing the course of continuing education,improving the teaching methods,constructing the practice platform of continuing education,improving the assessment and evaluation system,and puts forward the relevant measures to promote the training of entrepreneurial and innovative talents and the reform of continuing education in colleges under the new mode,which is conducive to"Mass Entrepreneurship,Mass Innovation"under the new background,we should speed up the cultivation of entrepreneurial talents in colleges and universities so as to better meet the development needs of innovative professionals in the era of higher education.
