Chinese Social Work Transformation and Development of Financial Social Work

伴随中国特色社会主义进入新时代,我国社会工作进入从总体性发展向特色化发展的转型时期。发展金融社会工作具有重要的现实意义,它能够推动社会工作更好地适应和满足新时代国家和人民的需要,提升其介入社会治理、精准扶贫、扶危济困的效能,促进中国社会工作教育与实务的深化改革。现阶段,在我国推动金融社会工作发展的基本条件业已具备:可以借鉴发展金融社会工作的国际经验,国家出台的普惠金融方案为金融社会工作提供了政策和实务空间,金融社会工作教育与实务探索已经在一定范围内展开。但中国社会工作发展模式的转型尚处在初期,发展金融社会工作面临着来自专业化、职业化、本土化等各方面的挑战,需要采取切实措施加以应对。

As socialism with Chinese characteristics into the new era,social work in China has entered the period of transition from generality to specific development.It is important to promote development of finance social work for not only meeting the needs of the new era,effectively enhancing its involvement in social governance,and strengthen social work education and practice to reform in China.At the present stage,to promote the development of financial social work of our country already has the basic conditions,including drawing lessons from international experience of financial social work development,a national inclusive financial package providing the possibility of development of policy and practice of financial social work,and financial social work education and practice exploration in a certain range of the country.But needless to say,the transformation of China’s social work is in the early development period,and developing financial social work is facing the challenges from the specialization,professionalization and localization,which need to take effective measures to cope with.
