健康中国背景下学校体育治理现代化研究

On the Modernization of School Physical Education Governance from Strategy of Healthy China Perspective

学校体育治理现代化既是全面实施健康中国战略和中华民族伟大复兴进程的必然要求,也是推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化题中应有之义。学校体育治理内部变革与国家治理现代化外部驱动的交互作用,是促成学校体育治理现代化产生和发展的根本动力。学校体育治理要以"健康第一"为指导思想,立足我国现代化发展的实际,强化宏观思考和顶层设计,高标准、高质量构建学校体育治理体系,切实推进学校体育治理科学化、精准化、高效化,进而提升学生的健康素养,守护学生健康成长,为建设健康中国奠定坚实基础。

The modernization of school physical education is indispensable for implementing the Healthy China Strategy and rejuvenating the Chinese nation.More importantly,it also contributes to and exemplifies the cause of advancing the modernization of the governmental system and capacity.The interconnection of the internal reform of the school sports system and the external motivation of national governance modernization is the fundamental driving force for the initiation and development of school sports governance modernization.Systematic modernization of school physical education should take the"health first"principle as the guideline,ground to the contemporary situation of China’s modernization,and strengthen macro thinking and top-level design.It should aim to establish scientific,precise,and efficient school sports systems with high standard and high quality,thereby improving students’health literacy,guarding their healthy growth,and laying a solid foundation for building a healthy China.
