摘要
针对松茸竹荪搭配对运动员免疫系统的影响开展研究。采用体外抗氧化试验,对超氧阴离子自由基和羟自由基的抑制作用进行试验。结果表明,松茸和竹荪所含有的有效成份可以直接或间接地促进人体免疫细胞的杀伤力,改善机体的抗病毒能力,提高运动员自身免疫力。
The effects of Tricholoma matsutake and Dictyophora indusiata on the immune system of athletes were studied.The inhibition of superoxide anion radical and hydroxyl radical was studied by antioxidant test in vitro.The results showed that the effective ingredients of T.matsutake and D.indusiata can directly or indirectly promote the lethality of human immune cells,improve the anti-virus ability of the body,and improve the immunity of athletes.
