摘要
在分析日本食用菌市场供需概况的基础上,基于消费者视角,以购买行为理论为基础,提出相关假说,对日本消费者进行问卷调查,并根据调研数据结果进行分析。针对不同主体为日本食用菌市场的发展提出了政策建议,并总结分析对中国食用菌产业的启示。
Japan attaches great importance to the development of the edible fungus industry and has adopted various methods to promote the development of the edible fungus industry.However,compared with other countries,there are still certain gaps in terms of output and exports.Further development of the edible fungus industry is needed.Based on the analysis of the supply and demand profile of the Japanese edible fungus market,based on the perspective of consumers and based on the theory of purchasing behavior,this paper proposes relevant hypotheses,conducts a questionnaire survey on Japanese consumers,and analyzes the results based on the survey data.For the development of the Japanese edible fungus market,policy suggestions are proposed for different subjects,and the enlightenment for the Chinese edible fungus industry is summarized.
