摘要
通过实证分析的结论为食用菌企业的不断发展提出有效建议,旨在研究智力资本对食用菌企业创新绩效影响。分析结果发现食用菌企业的智力资本对企业的绩效有正面影响,同时,企业创新对智力资本和食用菌企业绩效起到非常明显的中介作用。根据结果提出建议,企业应加大对人力资本的投入,加快对企业结构资本的调整,与利益相关者保持良好关系以及积极推动企业创新。
The purpose of this paper is to study the impact of intellectual capital on the innovation performance of edible fungi enterprises,and put forward effective suggestions for the continuous development of edible fungi enterprises through the conclusion of empirical analysis.The results showed that the intellectual capital had a positive impact on the performance of edible fungi enterprises.At the same time,enterprise innovation plays a very obvious intermediary role in intellectual capital and performance of edible fungi enterprises.According to the results,suggestions are put forward to increase the investment in human capital,accelerate the adjustment of enterprise structural capital,maintain good relations with stakeholders and actively promote enterprise innovation.
