弓形虫△Ku80株感染对小鼠生长发育与致死性影响 被引量:2

摘要 为了研究弓形虫△Ku80株感染对小鼠生长发育与致死性的影响,试验选取48只昆明小鼠,雌性各半,对其感染不同剂量的弓形虫△Ku80株,每天进行临床症状观察、体重和死亡情况记录以及器官指数分析。结果表明:感染弓形虫△Ku80株的小鼠出现明显的临床症状,小鼠的生长受到影响,且虫体的感染量越高,小鼠体重下降得越早,并提前死亡;结合剖检变化和器官指数分析,弓形虫△Ku80株感染对小鼠的肝脏、脾脏、肺脏、脑组织有显著损伤。说明感染弓形虫△Ku80株能够导致小鼠体重下降,出现胃寒症状,随着虫体感染量的增加可提高小鼠死亡速度,并造成肝脏、脾脏、肺脏、脑组织出现明显的眼观病变。 In order to study the effects of Toxoplasma gondii△Ku80 strain on the growth and development and lethality of mice,48 Kunming mice were infected with different doses of Toxoplasma gondii△Ku80 strain,half male and half female,and clinical symptoms were observed and body weight,death records and organ index analysis were measured daily.The results showed that the mice infected with Toxoplasma gondii△Ku80 strain showed obvious clinical manifestations,which could affect the growth of the mice.The higher the amount of infection,the earlier the mice lost weight and died earlier;combined with the changes of autopsy and organ index analysis,Toxoplasma gondii△Ku80 strain significantly damaged the liver,spleen,lung and brain tissues of mice.It indicated that the infection with Toxoplasma gondii△Ku80 strain could lead to weight loss and stomach cold symptoms in mice.With the increase of the amount of worm infection,the rate of death of mice could be increased,and obvious eye lesions appeared in liver,spleen,lung and brain.
