摘要
为了去除狐狸粪便中的臭味,获得可降解H2S的菌株,试验对狐狸粪便进行一系列操作,用选择性培养基分离出可降解H2S的细菌,观察其对H2S的降解情况,并对其进行了菌落形态观察、16S rDNA测序、生化鉴定等确定其种属。结果表明:分离出一株可降解H2S的细菌,命名为DC007,该菌为表皮葡萄球菌,在37℃液体H2S选择性培养基中生长2 h后对S2-降解率达28.98%,在10 h后降解率达52.16%,说明该菌具有一定降解H2S的能力。
In order to remove the odor from fox feces and obtain a degradable H2S strain,experiments were performed on fox feces to isolate a H2S degradable bacteria by selective medium,and colony morphology observation,16SrDNA sequencing and biochemical identification were conducted to determine the species.The results showed that a bacterium capable of degrading H2S was isolated and named DC007.The bacterium was epidermis staphylococcus.H2S selectivity in 37℃liquid medium growth after 2 h of S2-degradation rate was 28.98%,and the degradation rate was 52.16%after 10 h.It indicated that this bacterium had the ability to degrade H2S.
