本文依据GB50264-2013《工业设备及管道绝热工程设计规范》,探讨了设备绝热层经济厚度、表面温度法、防结露和最大允许热(冷)损失量等工况下保温厚度的计算方法。并基于安卓系统开发了手机软件,方便在手机上快速计算保温厚度。

According to GB50264-2013 "Code for design of industrial equipment and pipeline insulation engineering", the calculation method of adiabatic thickness under the conditions of economic thickness, surface temperature method, anti-condensation and maximum allowable heat(cold) loss of equipment insulation layer is discussed. And based on the Android system, the mobile phone software is compiled, which is convenient for calculating insulation thickness on mobile phone quickly.
