产教融合背景下地方本科院校应用型人才培养模式探析——以湘南学院为例

人才培养是大学的基本功能和根本任务,也是高校内涵建设的核心内容。产教融合人才培养模式注重产业与教育的协同发展,是实现“产业链—创新链—教育链—人才链”四链贯通目标的有力工具。文章针对地方本科院校应用型人才培养模式存在的主要问题,以湘南学院为例,探讨构建地方本科院校产教融合应用型人才培养新模式,推动地方本科院校高素质应用型人才培养目标的实现,促使地方本科院校成功向应用技术大学转型发展。

Talent cultivation is the basic function and fundamental task of a university,as well as the core content of the connotation construction of a university.The talent cultivation mode of industry-education integration focuses on the collaborative development of industry and education,highlights the all-round improvement of students'practical application ability,discipline quality and innovation ability.It is a powerful tool to realize the goal of"industrial chain-innovation chain-education chain-talent chain".This paper a ims at local universities of the main problems of applied talents training mode,takes xiangnan university as an example,discusses building local universities education fusion applied talents training mode,promotes local universities to achieve the goals of high-quality practical talents,leads to the transformation of the local universities of success to the university of applied technology development.
