探讨冠心病合并糖尿病血脂检验的临床价值与检验结果

To explore the clinical value and test results of coronary heart disease with diabetes blood lipid test

目的对血脂检验在冠心病合并糖尿病患者中的应用价值。方法取2018年9月-2019年12月期间收治的100例冠心病合并糖尿病患者为A组,另取同一时期收治的100例糖尿病患者为B组,均予以血脂检验,对比检验结果。结果A组患者甘油三酯、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白、高密度脂蛋白、载脂蛋白B、载脂蛋白AI水平均高于B组患者,组间数据比较差异有意义(P<0.05)。结论血脂检验在冠心病合并糖尿病检测中有着重要的应用价值,为临床诊治提高了科学依据,具有推广意义。

Objective Application value of blood lipid test in patients with coronary heart disease and diabetes.Method A group of 100 patients with coronary heart disease combined with diabetes treated between September 2018 and September 2019 was taken as group A,and another 100 patients with diabetes treated in the same period were taken as group B.All were tested for blood lipids,and the results were compared.Result The levels of triglyceride,total cholesterol,low-density lipoprotein,high-density lipoprotein,apolipoprotein B,and apolipoprotein AI in patients in group A were higher than those in group B,and the differences between the groups were significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Blood lipid test has important application value in the detection of coronary heart disease with diabetes,which improves the scientific basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment,and has the significance of promotion.
