443超纯铁素体不锈钢吧台座椅冲压起皱缺陷分析

摘要 通过金相、EBSD、拉伸等技术,综合分析了成分、组织、织构以及力学性能对443超纯铁素体不锈钢冲压起皱的影响。结果表明:本批次443材料晶粒细小、没有晶粒簇团聚、<111>//ND再结晶织构占比较多,γ纤维织构较强,排除了晶粒尺寸过大、不良织构导致的冲压起皱缺陷;本批次443材料存在明显的屈服平台,间隙元素C、N含量偏高、稳定化元素Ti、Nb元素偏低,部分C、N以间隙固溶体形式存在,柯式气团反复钉扎位错,吧台座椅冲压过程中出现吕德斯带,造成表面起皱。此缺陷可以通过控制间隙元素C、N含量,增加稳定化元素Ti、Nb含量或者增加平整工序延伸率进行控制。 The effect of composition,microstructure,texture as well as mechanical properties on the wrinkling of 443 ultrapure ferrite stainless steel was comprehensively analyzed by metallography,EBSD,tensile and other techniques.The results show that:this 443 material has fine grain,no grain cluster agglomeration,<111>//ND recrystallization texture is more,γfiber texture is stronger,excluding stamping wrinkle defects caused by excessive grain size and bad texture;this 443 material has obvious yield platform,high content C and N element,low stabilization element Ti and Nb,partial C and N form interstitial solid solution,KESHI gas mass repeatedly pinning dislocation,LUDERS slip belt in the stamping process,resulting in surface wrinkle.This defect can be controlled by controlling the content C、N gap elements,increasing the content Ti、Nb stabilization elements or increasing the elongation of leveling process.
