The Design and Application of 3t Push-type Ladder Trolley

本文通过对酒钢7#高炉风口大套(中套)检修不便的深入研究,结合现场实际条件创造性的设计了一种四个轮子不在同一平面行走的平板车——阶梯小车,解决了现阶段出铁场平台风口大套(中套)无法直接吊运至风口平台的问题,为风口平台的设备检修及更换提供了有力的保障。

In this paper,through an in-depth study on the inconvenient overhaul of tuyere large cover(middle cover)of 7#blast furnace in JISCO,combining with the actual conditions of the site,a ladder trolley which is a flat trolley with four wheels not on the same plane was creatively designed.It has solved the problem that the large cover(middle cover)of the outlet platform can not be directly transported to the tuyere platform,which provides a strong guarantee for tuyere platform equipment maintenance and replacement.
