摘要
本文重点对纤维辊表面裂纹进行了详细分析,并针对裂纹问题开展了相关优化工作;通过优化,纤维辊裂纹问题导致的带钢质量问题得以改善;同时系统分析了纤维辊的工作环境、使用直径,纤维辊辊体内部热量的传递,对后续正确合理使用纤维辊提出了理论依据,并提出了相应措施,纤维辊的使用寿命提高显著。
In this paper,the surface cracks of fiber rollers are analyzed in details,and the related optimization work is carried out to solve the crack problem.Through optimization,the quality of strip steel caused by the crack of fiber roller can be improved.At the same time,the working environment,using diameter and heat transfer inside the fiber roller are systematically analyzed.The theoretical basis for the proper and rational use of the fiber roller is put forward,and the corresponding measures are put forward.The service life of the fiber roller is significantly improved.
