Strong organizational leadership is an important guarantee for safety management.Through the establishment of the three-level organizational operation mode in which high-level leaders take on strategy planning,middle-level takes on coordination while the basic level focuses on implementation,it is clear that the high-level leadership should plan for key matters and factors when making safety decisions,the middle-level cadres should show achievements and introduce experience with the plan as the guide,the basic-level staff should according to the plan carefully organize,mobilize and implement the work to ensure safety production.
