Discussion on Maintenance Method of Gas-steam Combined CycleHeat Recovery Boiler During Shutdown Time

余热锅炉是燃气-蒸汽联合循环发电机组的主要设备,其停炉期间保养效果直接影响机组的安全生产及使用寿命。通过对余热锅炉保养方式的探索及分析,结合某电厂实际情况,总结了一种既满足安全经济运行需要,又满足电网快速调峰要求的电厂锅炉保养方法。应用结果表明:该方法的保养效果良好,可提高炉水品质,降低启动耗水率,提升锅炉相关设备安全运行水平,为燃气-蒸汽联合循环余热锅炉保养工作提供一定的参考。

The heat recovery boiler is the main equipment of the gas-steam combined cycle electric generator sets,the maintenance effectiveness of which during shutdown directly affects the safety and service life of the generator sets.Based on the probe and analysis of the maintenance modes of the heat recovery boiler and combined with the actual situation of the power plant,one maintenance method of power plant boiler that not only meets the needs of the safe and economic operation,but also satisfies the requirements of rapid load following of power grid are summarized.The application results show that this method exhibits good maintenance effectiveness,improves the quality of boiler water,reduces the start-up water consumption,and enhances the safe operation level of boiler related equipment,which provides a certain reference for the maintenance of gas-steam combined cycle heat recovery boilers.
