大跨越输电线路地线越障阻尼飞车的研制

摘要 由于防振需要,大跨越输电线路地线、OPGW光缆在设计时常采用单根较长花边阻尼线和低频段+防振锤的组合防振措施。针对最远端阻尼线夹及盖板会出现松动脱落等缺陷的处理,研制了一种具有越障功能的新型飞车。应用结果表明:该越障阻尼飞车具有装拆便捷、出线速度快、越障性能好等优点,可满足线路检修作业的安全性和高效性。 Due to the anti-vibration needs,the combined anti-vibration measures of a single long lace damper line and low frequency band with anti-vibration hammer are often adopted in design of large span transmission line grounding wire and OPGW cable.A new type of flying vehicle with the obstacle-crossing function is developed to overcome such defects as loosening and falling of the furthest damper wire clamp and cover plate.The application result shows that the damper flying vehicle with the obstacle-crossing function has the advantages of convenient installation and disassembly,fast wire outgoing and good obstacle-crossing performance etc.,which can satisfy the safety and ef ficiency requirements of line maintenance work.
