摘要
介绍了某核电厂主变中性点套管出线软连接发热异常的情况,通过材质选择、接触面设计、安装环境等方面分析了发热问题的根本原因,提出了扩大软连接接触面面积以及改善接触面材质的改进措施,同时对接触面允许电流密度和螺栓紧固性能进行了计算。改进效果可以满足设计要求,有效提升了设备运行的可靠性。
The heating of neutral bushing outgoing line flexible connection in main transformer in a nuclear power plant is introduced,the root cause of heating is analyzed from the aspects of material selection,the contact surface design and the installation environment etc.The improvement measures such as expanding the area and improving the material of contact surface of flexible connection are put forward.At the same time,the permissible current density of the contact surface and fastening performance of the bolts are calculated.The improvement effectiveness shows it can meet the design requirements and effectively enhance the reliability of equipment operation.
