摘要
随着电力设备制造能力以及电厂运行管理水平的提高,在660 MW大容量机组中可提出锅炉辅机单列配置的方案。首先对锅炉单列辅机配置的可靠性进行计算和分析,通过与双列辅机配置相比较,分析三大风机单列配置机组非计划停机以及非计划减负荷的概率。锅炉单列辅机配置,简化了烟风系统,取消大部分烟风系统中的隔离门,降低风机选型的阻力,提高运行经济性。对某600 MW机组锅炉单列辅机系统、设备选型参数以及单列辅机烟风道布置方案的设计进行总结,为锅炉单列辅机配置的设计提供借鉴和依据。
With the improvement of power equipment manufacturing capacity and power plant operation management level,a scheme of single-row configuration for boiler auxiliaries is proposed in 660 MW large capacity units.Firstly,the reliability of boiler single-row auxiliary equipment is calculated and analyzed.By comparing with double-row auxiliaries layout,the probability of unplanned shutdown and unplanned load reduction of three main fans singlerow configuration is analyzed.The single-row configuration simplifies the flue-gas system,eliminates dampers in the flue-gas system,reduces the resistance of fans,and improves the economy.The design and summary are presented for single-row auxiliary system,equipment parameters and layout schemes of flue gas system in a 600 MW unit boiler,which will provide reference and basis for the design of boiler single-row auxiliary configuration.
