摘要
接地极线路绝缘成为特/超高压直流输电工程的薄弱环节。本文通过分析已有接地极线路故障引起直流工程闭锁事故的发生、发展过程,剖析出绝缘不匹配、耐雷水平低、同塔架设增加安全隐患、保护策略适应性不足等问题是接地极线路发生闪络的诱因,有针对性地提出可从加强操作过电压研究、加大防雷综合研究、灵活导线布置、优化继电保护策略等方面开展深入研究,以提高接地极线路耐受过电压的能力,提升直流系统的安全稳定运行水平。
The insulation of electrode line has been becoming a weak link in DC transmission system.By analyzing the development process of typical HVDC project blocking accidents,the cause of the flashover of electrode line including mismatched insulation,low lightning resistance,increased security risks by common tower transmission line and inadequate protection strategies is drawn.And some key research aspects are proposed,including switching overvoltage analysis,lightning resisting level study,the wire layout optimization and protection strategy optimization to improve overvoltage resistance ability of the electrode line,and enhance the safety and stability of the whole DC system.
