跨省区输电对受端省份经济及环保等综合影响分析

Analysis of the Comprehensive Effects of Cross-regional and Trans-provincial Power Transmission on the Economy and Environmental Protection of Receiving-End Province

当前我国经济持续健康发展内生动力强劲,中长期电力刚性需求增长态势稳定,中东部能源电力资源相对匮乏而电力需求稳步增长,促使中东部省份积极争取省外清洁电力。本文以"西电东送"某±800 kV特高压直流线路为例,研究测算跨省区输电对受端省份投资拉动、环境效益、税收及就业等多方面影响,归纳总结出跨省区输电对受端省综合影响分析的研究思路及方法。

At present,China’s economy is developing steadily and healthily with strong driving force,the medium long term growth trend of power demand is stable,energy and power resources in the middle and east are relatively scarce,while the demand for power grows steadily which prompted the central and eastern provinces to actively strive for clean power from other provinces.This paper takes an UHV DC of"power transmission from west to east"with±800 kV as an example to study and calculate the impact of cross-regional and trans-provincial transmission on investment,environment,tax revenue and employment of the receiving-end provinces,and summarize the research ideas and methods of the comprehensive impact analysis of cross-regional and trans-provincial transmission on the receiving-end provinces.
