摘要
采用水热养护法研究了水热养护制度对彩砂性能的影响。结果表明:水热养护可促进人造彩砂的无机胶凝,使彩砂的耐磨性能显著提高;养护温度和养护时间对人造彩砂的耐磨性能影响明显,彩砂磨损率随养护温度的升高而减小,养护温度为70℃时,磨损率降低至0.9%。延长自然养护时间对人造彩砂的耐磨性能具有改善作用,磨损率随养护时间的延长逐渐减小,养护5 d时磨损率为1.3%,并趋于稳定。
The effect of hydrothermal curing system on the performance of colored sand was studied by hydrothermal curing method.The results show that the hydrothermal curing process will promote the inorganic gelation of the artificial sand in the laboratory,which will significantly improve the wear resistance of the colored sand.The temperature and time parameters of the hydrothermal curing system have obvious wear resistance to the artificial colored sand.The effect of the colored sand wear rate decreases with the increase of the curing temperature.When the curing temperature is 70℃,the wear rate decreases to 0.9%.The prolongation of natural curing time has an effect on the wear resistance of artificial colored sand.The wear rate gradually decreases with the extension of curing time.After 5 days of curing,the wear rate is 1.3%and tends to be stable.
