基于职业能力开发的“全人格”教育模式在课程实施中的运用

工业强国必是技师技工大国。如何打造更多大国工匠,弘扬工匠精神、厚植工匠文化,高职院校责任重大、举国期待。针对当前高职教育重专业技能、轻职业素养问题,该文提出采用基于职业能力开发的“全人格”(即将职业能力开发中的职业能力指标与“真、善、美”的全人格人文素养相结合)教育模式来改变课程实施环节,提升人才培养质量。并以《智能家居控制系统设计》项目为例,详细介绍这一教学模式的具体实施。

Industrial power must be a big country of technicians and technicians.How to build more large-scale craftsmen,carry forward the spirit of craftsmen,and cultivate craftsmen culture?Higher vocational colleges have great responsibilities and expectations of the whole country.In view of the current problem that higher vocational education attaches importance to professional skills and neglects professional accomplishment,this paper proposes to adopt the"full personality"education model based on vocational ability development(Combine the vocational ability index in professional ability development with the whole personality and humanity quality of"truth,goodness and beauty")to change the project implementation link and enhance personnel training.Quality.Taking the course"Design of Intelligent Home Control Department"as an example,the specif ic implementation of this teaching mode is introduced in detail.
