Criminal incidental civil action is more and more common,but in the process of this system is not paid attention to,the interests of victims are always not fully satisfied,there are various problems.Therefore,in line with the principle of people-oriented,we should improve the criminal incidental civil procedure system by making up for the laws and regulations and formulating new systems.
