新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间关节外科临床诊疗规范化流程

Clinical standard for joint surgery during corona virus disease 2019 epidemic

目前发生于中国的新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)疫情已持续超过1个月。在有序、科学、规范地抗击COVID-19疫情期间,关节外科如何安全、有序地开展日常临床工作是当前所面临的主要问题。本文结合COVID-19疫情防控现状以及四川大学华西医院关节外科开展日常临床工作的实际,就关节外科的门诊、住院、手术室管理,以及患者出院后的管理规范、具体操作与随访进行总结,供广大骨科、关节外科医护人员参考,以期规范COVID-19疫情期间关节外科的临床诊治工作。

Corona virus disease 2019(COVID-19)outbroken in China has lasted for more than 1 month.In the orderly,scien?tific and standardized fight against COVID-19,how to carry on the daily clinical work safely and orderly is the main problem for the department of joint surgery.Based on the current situation of prevention and control of COVID-19 epidemic situation and the practice of department of joint surgery in West China Hospital of Sichuan University,we summarized the outpatient,in?patient and operating room management in department of joint surgery,as well as the management standard,specific operation and follow-up of patients after discharge in this article,for the reference of orthopedics and joint surgery medical staff,in order to standardize the diagnosis and treatment in department of joint surgery during COVID-19 epidemic.
