摘要
建立了化妆品中非法添加氯倍他索丙酸酯的超高效液相-串联质谱分析方法,即将样品利用饱和氯化钠进行分散,乙腈超声提取后经QuEchERS净化,以乙腈-质量分数0.1%甲酸为流动相,梯度洗脱,采用电离喷雾正模式监测。结果发现氯倍他索丙酸酯在10~200 ng/mL范围内线性关系良好,相关系数(r^2)为0.9993,平均回收率87.4%~96.5%。本方法准确度和灵敏度高,专属性好,检出限低,可用于化妆品中非法添加氯倍他索丙酸酯的定性及定量测定。
A method for determination of clobetasolpropionate illegally added in cosmetics by ultra high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry was developed.The sample was dispersed using saturated sodium chloride,purified by QuechERS after acetonitrile ultrasound extraction.The extracts were separated using a gradient elution of acetonitrile and 0.1%(mass fraction)formic acid as mobile phase.The analysis of the target compound was performed under positive ion mode with electrospray ionization source.The result showed a good linearity in the range of 10 to 200 ng/mL with correlation coefficients(r2)of 0.9993,and the average recoveries of the method were between 87.4%and 96.5%.This method is accurate,sensitive,specific with low detection limit,it can be used for the qualitative and quantitative determinations of clobetasolpropionate illegally added in cosmetics.
