摘要
以MS聚合物为树脂,以活性纳米碳酸钙和改性炭黑作为补强填料,研制出一种单组分高强度硅烷改性聚醚密封胶,拉伸强度为6.3MPa,断裂伸长率为500%,剪切强度为3.5MPa,耐老化性能优异,对基材粘结广泛,可替代聚氨酯密封胶应用于高粘接强度的场合。
A kind of single-component silane modified polyether sealant with high strength was prepared by using silane modified polyether as resin,active nano-calcium carbonat combined with modified carbon black as reinforcing filler.Its tensile strength is 6.3 MPa,elongation at break is 500%,shear strength is 3.5 MPa.This high strength sealant also has excellent aging-resistant performance and extensive bonding to substrate,can replace polyurethane and be applied to high bonding strength area.
