摘要
在实施实验室间比对活动前,组织方必须对比对样品的检测特性量进行均匀性和稳定性检验,以排除比对样品变异性对数据的影响,便于实验室在比对活动后从自身角度出发分析影响检测结果的因素。而密封胶生产工艺中,混合生产作业的操作质量、助剂反应活性的衰减周期、检验过程操作等都会对样品均匀性和一定时期内的稳定性产生重要的影响。以密封胶为样品,检验其最大拉伸强度,对所得数据通过单因子方差分析法和平均值一致性检验法来分别评价该样品的稳定性和均匀性,其检验及评价的过程也可作为生产企业实验室用于评价所生产产品均匀性及稳定性的参考范本。
Before implementing the inter-laboratory comparison activities,the organizer must check the homogeneity and stability of the detection characteristics of the samples,so as to exclude the influence of the comparison on the data of sample variability,and to facilitate the laboratory to analyze the factors affecting the test results from its own point of view after the comparison activities.In the production process of sealant,the operation quality of mixed production,the decay period of reactivity of additives,and the operation of inspection process all have important effects on the uniformity and stability of samples in a certain period.In this paper,the sealant was used as a sample to test its maximum tensile strength.The stability and uniformity of the sample were evaluated by the single factor analysis of variance and the average consistency test.The process of the test and evaluation can also be used as a reference model for the production enterprise laboratory to evaluate the uniformity and stability of the products.
