桥梁结构修补环氧胶粘接加固性能分析 被引量:2

摘要 当前,我国桥梁存在不同程度的问题,较为常用的解决方案就是使用加固技术,在使用加固技术的过程中,运用到胶粘剂是很常见的。维修环氧胶具有很好的机械性能,运用在桥梁结构加固中能够起到不错的效果。然而在使用修补环氧胶时,其性能会受到固化温度、配料、固化剂和助剂等的影响,文章主要对修补环氧胶粘接加固性能进行分析。通过实验研究的方式,主要对固化温度、固化剂和助剂这三个影响因素进行分析,研究这三个影响因素不同时修补环氧胶对桥梁结构加固性能的影响。旨在桥梁结构加固过程中能够最大程度的发挥修补环氧胶的加固效果。 At present,there are different degrees of problems in bridges in China.The more common solution is to use reinforcement technology.In the process of using reinforcement technology,it is very common to apply adhesives.The maintenance of epoxy adhesive has good mechanical properties and can be used in the reinforcement of bridge structures.However,when using the repair epoxy adhesive,its performance will be affected by the curing temperature,ingredients,curing agents and additives,so this paper mainly analyzes the bonding performance of the repair epoxy adhesive.Through the experimental research method,the three influencing factors of curing temperature,curing agent and auxiliary agent were mainly analyzed,and the effects of repairing epoxy glue on the reinforcement performance of the bridge structure were studied.This paper aims to maximize the reinforcement effect of the repair epoxy glue during the reinforcement process of the bridge structure.
