Analysis of BOG Re-liquefaction Process in LNG Storage Tank

LNG储罐,即储存液化天然气的专业储罐。对于LNG储罐来说,储罐的计量系统是LNG储罐中非常重要部分。而在天然气的储存过程中会产生蒸发气BOG,当蒸发气排放到大气中时会对空气产生较大的污染。因此,文章对LNG液罐内BOG气液化进行分析,首先探讨了LNG罐区的工作流程,其次探讨了液化工艺,为未来BOG再液化工艺的广泛地应用提供一些参考和建议。

LNG storage tank is a professional storage tank for storing liquefied natural gas.For the LNG storage tank,the tank measurement system is a very important part of the LNG storage tank.However,during the storage of natural gas,evaporative gas BOG will be generated.When the evaporative gas is discharged into the atmosphere,it will cause great pollution to the air.Therefore,this paper analyzes the BOG gas liquefaction in the LNG liquid tank,first discusses the working process of the LNG tank area,then discusses the liquefaction process,and provides some references and suggestions for the extensive application of BOG reliquefaction process in the future.
