金属复合材料焊接接头的力学性能分析

摘要 金属复合材料是在原有的单一材料上,通过复合技术将多种金属进行结合,使之拥有更好的力学性能和综合性能,能够在化工、交通、机械制造、冶金等工业领域中有着非常广泛的运用。但是当金属复合材料进行焊接处理时,其接头处的力学性能将会比较薄弱,将会属于金属复合材料的一个薄弱区域,对整个金属复合材料的使用将会造成一定程度的影响。所以对金属复合材料焊接接头处的力学性能进行分析是很有必要的。通过实验研究的方式,对一种金属复合材料的焊接接头力学性能进行分析,即镁基复合材料。由于镁基复合材料中的金属镁遇到高温时就会发生溶解的现象,所以通过使用激光焊接的方式,镁基复合材料的焊接接口处会发生变化。文中对焊接接口处的表面焊接效果、抗拉强度、硬度等进行了分析,发现通过使用激光焊接的方式,镁基复合材料的焊接接口处的抗拉强度明显的减少,但是其热影响区域较小,焊接效果也比较好。 Metal composites combine various metals through a composite technology on the original single material,which has better mechanical properties and comprehensive performance.lt can be widely used in chemical industry,transportation,machinery manufacturing,metallurgy and other industrial fields.However,when the metal composites are welded,the mechanical properties of the joint will be relatively weak,which will belong to a weak area of the metal composites,and will affect the use of the whole metal composites to a certain extent.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the mechanical properties of the welded joints of metal composites.In this paper,the mechanical properties of welded joints of a kind of metal composites,namely magnesium matrix composites,are analyzed by means of experimental research.Because the metal magnesium in magnesium matrix composites will dissolve when it meets high temperature,the welding interface of magnesium matrix composites will change by laser welcling.In this paper,the surface welding effect,tensile strength and hardness of the welded joints are analyzed.lt is found that the tensile strength of the welded joints of magnesium matrix composites is obviously reduced by laser welding,but the heat affected area is small and the welding effect is better.
