摘要
起重臂在塔式起重机中为薄弱环节,容易发生一些故障,且危险性高,为了解决目前存在的问题,文章以塔式起重机的起重臂为研究对象,对其臂架结构进行力学ANSYS分析、强度分析、模态分析,根据分析结果得出,塔式起重机提高安全性和稳定性的刚度和强度。
In order to solve the existing problems,the lifting arm of tower crane is a weak link in tower crane,which is prone to some faults and high clanger.This paper takes the tower crane’s lifting arm as the research object,the boom structure of tower crane is analyzed by mechanical ANSYS analysis,strength analysis and modal analysis.According to the analysis results,the tower crane has improved stiffness and strength for safety and stability.
