摘要
为保证输电线路避免微风振动现象,文章设计了易装螺栓型防振锤防松动装置。首先分析了输电线路微风振动现象与防松动方式,其次详细设计了防振锤装置,并针对性探究了此装置的防振作用。研究表明,装置的防松垫片上部分呈现弯钩状,钩顶布置两个预绞丝安装定位突起,以确定预绞丝具体安装部位,避免预绞丝滑落。下部分附带长方形孔洞,孔宽度恰好适应防振锤紧固螺栓的六角螺母宽度,在使用时直接加固于防振锤即可,不需维护,且可防止金具针对导地线形成集中应力,以此有效保护导线稳定。
In order to ensure the transmission line to avoid breeze vibration,an easy bolt anti-vibration hammer anti-loosening device is designed in this paper.Firstly,the breeze vibration phenomenon and anti-loosening mode of transmission line are analyzed.Secondly,the anti-vibration hammer device is designed in detail,and the anti-vibration effect of the device is discussed.The research shows that the part of the anti-loosening gasket of the device is curved hook,and two pre-stranded wire installation and positioning protrusions are arranged at the top of the hook in order to determine the specific installation position of the pre-stranded wire and avoid the slip of the prestranded wire.The lower part is equipped with a rectangular hole,and the hole width is just suitable for the width of the hexagonal nut of the anti-vibration hammer fastening bolt.lt can be strengthened directly in the anti-vibration hammer when used,and does not need to be maintained,and can prevent the gold tool from forming concentrated stress against the ground wire,so as to effectively protect the conductor stability.
