摘要 如何缩减制造误差一直以来都是精密加工领域十分重要的研究课题,在实际生产中,精密制造的误差主要来源于机床热变形。机床中的主轴是一个十分重要的部件,整个机床的性能很大程度上取决于主轴性能的优劣。为提高机床的精度水平,首先需要重点研究主轴轴承的热特性。 How to reduce manufacturing errors has always been a very important research topic in the field of precision machining.In actual production,the error of precision manufacturing mainly comes from the thermal deformation of machine tools.The spindle of machine tool is a very important component.The performance of the whole machine tool depends largely on the performance of the spindle.In order to improve the accuracy of machine tools,the thermal characteristics of spindle bearings should be studied first.
