摘要 抽油机是油田中最常用的采油设备,最广泛使用的为常规游梁式抽油机。油井采油工作的复杂性会导致常规抽油机不稳定不平衡,扭矩波动范围大,这样会增加能耗,降低了运行四个连杆和抽油机减速器的寿命。鉴于上述缺点,文章设计了一种抽油机自动调节平衡装置,即在改装前在抽油机尾部设置可动滑块,将摆杆的摆动替代移动滑块的线性位移。并且驱动摆杆的平衡重,使得可以动态调节抽油机梁的平衡力矩,最终可以调节抽油机系统的平衡,抽油机的平衡状态可以是在不停机的情况下,能耗降低,平衡调节精度提高。 Pumping unit is the most commonly used oil production equipment in oil field,and the most widely used is conventional beam pumping unit.The complexity of oil well production will lead to unstable and unbalanced conventional pumping units and large torque fluctuations,which will increase energy consumption and reduce the life of the four connecting rods and the reducer of the pumping unit.In view of the above shortcomings,this paper designs an automatic adjusting and balancing device of the pumping unit,that is,the movable slider is set at the tail of the pumping unit before modification,and the motion of the linear moving slider is converted into the swing of the swinging rod.And the balance weight of the swing rod can be driven so that the balance moment of the pumping unit beam can be adjusted dynamically.Finally,the balance of the pumping unit system can be adjusted.The balance state of the pumping unit can be reduced without stopping,the energy consumption is reduced and the balance adjustment accuracy can be improved.
