摘要
公益创业教育具有丰富的内涵,具有培养创业技能与创业价值观、注重文化自觉、以学生为中心、第一课堂与第二课堂紧密结合等特征。从管理学、经济学、教育学、社会学等学科视角出发,深入探究组织文化与结构、需要层次理论、供求平衡、马克思主义人的全面发展学说、教育环境论、社会角色等与大学生公益创业教育相关的理论,加强对公益创业教育的认知。
Social entrepreneurship education has abundant connotations with characteristics of emphasizing entrepreneurial skills and entrepreneurship values, focusing on the effects of cultural awareness, being student-centered in teaching, and integrating the first classroon closely with the second one. From the perspectives of management, economics, pedagogy, sociology and other disciplines, this paper probes into such theories as organizational culture and structure, hierarchy of needs theory, the balance between supply and demand, Marxist theory of all-round development, educational environment theory, social roles and so on, which are related to college students’ social entrepreneurship education, so as to strengthen the awareness of social entrepreneurship education.
