Among them,the composition of glass,the processing technology of glass and the processing technology of plastic plate will affect the internal stress and shape variables of the back cover material;he formula design of ink and the surface treatment of the middle frame material will affect the surface performance.The internal stress,shape variable and surface energy have great influence on the bonding effect.The requirements on device,the main bonding solutions and the main adhesives are introduced.Among them,VHB tape has closed cell foaming structure,which can provide excellent anti lifting performance and sealing performance;has strong cohesion,which can ensure no delamination and falling off during the drop test;it does no delamination and clean removal during reworking.
