服装纺织无线缝合工艺中粘接树脂的应用

Application of Adhesive Resin in Wireless Sewing Process of Clothing and Textile

文中研究阐述了关于粘接树脂与服装缝合的相关概念、粘接树脂的分类以及粘接树脂本身所具备的优良性能,以及传统缝纫工艺与无线缝合工艺的相关特点,论证了无线缝合工艺在服装缝合中的重要性和必要性。从而以粘接树脂本身所具备的特点作为出发点,进一步思考其在纺织服装无线缝合工艺中的应用方向,能够有效解决服装造型,防水透湿,脱胶脱线以及羽绒服钻绒等问题。最后就文中所提出的应用方向进行未来展望,对粘接树脂在服装行业的未来发展方向进行了预测,同时对如今服装行业的粘接工艺改革提出了建议。

In this paper,the related concepts,classification and excellent properties of adhesive resin and clothing stitching,as well as the related characteristics of traditional sewing process and wireless stitching process are described,and the importance and necessity of wireless stitching process in clothing stitching are demonstrated. Based on the characteristics of adhesive resin itself,the application direction of adhesive resin in the wireless sewing process of textile clothing is further considered,which can effectively solve the problems of clothing modeling,waterproof and moisture permeability,degumming and striping,and down jacket drilling.Finally,the application direction of this paper is prospected,and the future development direction of adhesive resin in the clothing industry is predicted.At the same time,some suggestions are put forward for the reform of adhesive technology in the clothing industry.
