摘要 作为一种新型工程材料,先进生物工程塑料已经具备了传统材料无法比拟的优良性能、易加工性和高性价比等特征,并逐渐被应用于各种医疗、建筑、工业、体育等领域。文章以先进生物工程塑料为主要研究对象,探索了先进生物工程塑料的性能、常见材料种类以及先进生物工程塑料在体育器材中的实际应用。研究认为,先进生物工程塑料应用与体育器材及防护用具中的性能优势主要有:密度低、强度高、韧性强、不易腐蚀老化以及较容易加工成型等。文中通过几种常见的工程物料,对先进工程塑料在体育器材及防护用具中的性能应用进行了实验分析,最终研究结果表明:硅橡胶的弯曲度在三种材料中最优,玻璃纤维增强塑料的冲击强度和拉伸强度在三种材料中最优,聚氨酯的性能较为中庸和均衡。文章的研究过程和所得结果可以为材料学、体育器械加工领域等提供理论和实验依据。 As a new type of engineering material,the advanced bioengineering plastics have the characteristics of excellent performance,easy processing and high cost performance that the traditional materials can’t compare with,and have been used in many fields,such as medical treatment,architecture,industry,sports and so on.Taking advanced bioengineering plastics as the main research object,this paper explores the properties,common materials and practical application of advanced bioengineering plastics in sports equipment. The research shows that the main advantages of advanced bioengineering plastics used in sports equipment and protective equipment are:low density,high strength,strong toughness,not easy to be corroded and aged,and easy to be processed and formed. Through several common engineering materials,this paper analyzes the performance of advanced engineering plastics in sports equipment and protective equipment.The final research results show that the bending degree of silicone rubber is the best among the three materials,the impact strength and tensile strength of glass fiber reinforced plastics are the best among the three materials,and the performance of polyurethane is more moderate and balanced.The research process and results of this paper can provide theoretical and experimental basis for the field of materials science and sports equipment processing.
