摘要
采用超声波探伤仪、金相显微镜和扫描电镜等手段,对热轧Q345R钢板中存在的不规则点状“缺陷”进行检测分析。分析发现:如钢中缺陷反射波具有小分枝、幅度高、脉冲宽度大、成束状、波峰圆钝等特征,且缺陷当量在φ(5~15)dB~φ(5~45)dB时,可以直接确定该缺陷为B类非金属夹杂物。
The irregular dot“defect”in hot rolled Q345R steel plate were detected and analyzed by means of ultrasonic flaw detector,metalloscope and scanning electron microscope in this paper.The results found that:if the defect reflection wave in steel has the characteristics of small branch,high amplitude,large pulse width,bunching,blunt rounded wave crest,combined with the defect equivalent is between φ5-15 dB and φ5-45 dB,the defect can be directly determined as a class B non-metallic inclusion.
