摘要
①目的探讨舞动治疗对大学生人际关系与情绪调节自我效能感的改善作用,探索有效的心理辅导方式。②方法采用测验法、实验法通过自由报名后随机选择的30名大学生作为干预组,进行舞动治疗干预6周,每周2小时。同样方法选择对照组30名大学生不给予干预。③结果干预组与对照组人际关系、情绪调节自我效能感各维度及总分在前测分数上没有显著差异;干预组人际关系在前后测上的差异具有显著性;情绪调节自我效能感在前后测上的差异不具有显著性。④结论舞动治疗对大学生的人际关系具有较明显的干预作用(P<0.05),对情绪调节、自我效能感的干预作用不明显。
Objective To explore the effect of dancing therapy on improving interpersonal relationship and emotion regulation self-efficacy of college students,and to explore effective psychological counseling.Methods Using test method and experiment method,30 subjects randomly selected after free registration will be taken as the intervention group,and they will be given dance therapy intervention for 6 weeks,about 2 hours a week.30 subjects in the control group selected by the same method will not accept the intervention.Results There were no significant differences in the dimensions and total scores of interpersonal relationship and emotional regulation self-efficacy between the intervention group and the control group;The interpersonal relationship of the intervention group had significant statistical difference in the pre-test and post-test,while the self-efficacy of emotional regulation had no significant statistical significance in the pre-test and post-test.Conclusion Dancing therapy has obvious intervention effect on college students'interpersonal relationship(P<0.05),but has no obvious intervention effect on self-efficacy of emotional regulation.
