PBL联合动物模型在消化内镜治疗技术教学中的应用

Novel Endoscopy Teaching Mode Based PBL Animal Model

针对目前紧张的医患关系,内镜操作本身具有高风险性,以及可能在操作过程中给患者带来痛苦与不适,发生穿孔及出血的风险较高,学习周期长,初期培训的内镜医生通常很难获得在患者身上动手的机会。结合当前这种紧张的医疗环境下,寻找一种安全、专业、有效的内镜培训方法是目前消化内镜专业研究生培训过程中面临的迫切解决的问题。通过对本中心60名研究生教学质量的研究评估,发现PBL结合离体动物模型的教学模式优于LBL结合离体动物模型的教学模式。这种有效的“理论—动物—PBL—人”的内镜培训模式可以全面进行推广,对其他医学院、医院及社会均有益。

The traditional endoscopy teaching mode was limited by the tense physician-patient relationship,challenged endoscope treatment,anxiety and pains during endoscopic therapy,high incidence of perforation and bleeding complications,long learning produces and insufficient endoscopic practices on patients.In this paper,we first evaluated the PBL animal model endoscopic teaching quality in gastroenterological graduated students,the evaluation results showed that the proposed novel PBL based endoscopic teaching mode surpassed the LBL based endoscopic teaching mode.Furthermore,the PBL based endoscopic teaching mode is extensible to other medical institutions and thereby contribute to public health.
