摘要
在增程器失火-不对中耦合故障下,通过多工况下虚拟样机仿真,对失火故障的故障诊断特征变化规律展开了研究。借助虚拟样机平台搭建某款增程器虚拟样机刚柔混合模型,对已经探索到的失火故障诊断特征,在多转速、多不对中工况下,研究了耦合故障下失火故障诊断特征变化的规律;并通过对失火故障特征变化进行机理分析,说明了其与特征变化规律研究的一致性。
In the case of misfire and misalignment coupling fault of the range-extender,the variation of fault diagnosis characteristic of misfire fault is studied through the simulation of virtual prototype under multiple working conditions.With the help of the virtual prototype platform,a rigid-flexible hybrid model of a range extender virtual prototype and the features of the misfire diagnosis that have been explored are studied.In the case of multi-speed and multi-center misalignment,the change characteristics of misfire diagnosis characteristics under coupled faults are studied.The mechanism analysis of the characteristics of the misfire fault is illustrated,which shows its consistency with the study of the characteristics change law.
