生态导向下的旅游规划探讨

Discussion on Ecologically-Oriented Tourism Planning

城市生态环境面临着城乡建设带来的巨大威胁,传统的旅游规划需要更多地考虑自然环境的可持续发展、人文历史资源的保护,以及地方经济利益的保障。近年来,生态旅游规划越来越得到重视。生态旅游项目在保证自然生态环境不被破坏的同时,需要不断优化人文生态环境,使自然生态环境与人文生态环境形成良性互动。文章立足现有生态旅游规划研究,通过龙泉山生态旅游综合功能区的案例,阐述了在生态理念下旅游规划的思路变革,并通过对规划用地的生态适宜性评价和人文历史资源的梳理,编制了自然生态环境保育规划和人文生态环境保护规划,在此基础上提出自然生态环境和人文生态环境的保护性开发措施,以期对旅游规划的生态化研究有所启迪。

Urban ecological environment is suffering from a huge threat caused by urban and rural construction. Traditional tourism planning requires more consideration of the sustainable development of the natural environment, the protection of cultural and historical resources and the protection of local economic interests. In recent years, eco-tourism planning has been paid more and more attention. Ecotourism projects need to continuously optimize the cultural and ecological environment while ensuring that the natural ecological environment will not be destroyed. Thus there will be benign interaction between natural ecological environment and humanistic ecological environment. Based on the research on the existing ecotourism planning, this paper introduces the case of Longquan Mountain ecotourism multifunctional zone, elaborates the reform thought of tourism planning under the concept of ecology, sorts out the ecological suitability assessment of planning land and human history resources and formulates the conservation planning of natural eco-environment and the protection planning of humane ecological environment. On this basis, it puts forward the protective development measures of natural ecological environment and humanistic ecological environment, so as to enlighten the ecological research of tourism planning.
