城市双修视角下的商务区更新策略探析——以乌鲁木齐“钻石城”城市设计为例

Analysis on Business District Renewal Strategy from the Perspective of Urban Renovation and Ecological Restoration--A Case of the Urban Design of“Diamond City”in Urumqi

旧城商务区更新是城市更新的重要环节,本文以乌鲁木齐新市区"钻石城"城市设计为实证案例,提出了以市场机制为基础,兼顾"双修"的渐进式更新策略,包括生态修复优先的自然空间要素更新和城市修补并行的物质空间要素更新,分别对绿地系统和通风廊道,以及交通模式和核心区建筑形态进行更新。

Renewal of the existing business district is an important part of urban renewal.Taking the urban design of"Diamond City"in Urumqi’s new urban area as an example,this paper puts forward a gradual renewal strategy based on market mechanism and taking into account urban renovation and ecological restoration.It includes the renewal of natural elements with priority of ecological rehabilitation and the updating of material space elements in parallel with urban renovation.They are the renewal of green space system and ventilation corridor,as well as the renewal of traffic mode and core area form.
