中心城区人才公寓的设计目标与策略研究——以慕尼黑奥斯卡·冯·米勒中心为例

Study on Design Objectives and Strategy of Talent Apartment in Central Urban Area--A Case of Oskar Von Miller Forum in Munich

人才公寓逐渐成为城市转型发展阶段吸引人才的一项公共政策,但中心城区的人才公寓不同于普通住宅,还肩负着城市形象、人才赋能和可持续发展的目标。本文以德国慕尼黑的人才公寓奥斯卡·冯·米勒中心为例,归纳了地标立面和底层公共空间塑造城市文化,展览会议和交往空间为人才赋能,以及建筑设计综合考虑未来改扩建等应对策略,为我国中心城区的人才公寓设计提供经验和借鉴。

The talent apartment has gradually become a public policy to attract talents in the stage of urban transformation and development.But the talent apartment in the central urban area is different from the ordinary residence.It also shoulders the goal of urban image,talent empowerment and sustainable development.Taking Oscar von Miller center of talent apartment in Munich,Germany as an example,this paper sums up the coping strategies such as building urban culture with landmark facade and bottom public space,empowering talents with exhibition meeting and communication space,and comprehensively considering future reconstruction and expansion in architectural design,so as to provide a reference for talent apartment design in central urban areas of China.
