湿热地区商业综合体——入口过渡空间热舒适研究 被引量:3

摘要 广州市位于中国亚热带地区,常年处于高温高湿的环境,为了抵御高温,绝大多数商业综合体被设计成全封闭式空调建筑,但过大的室内外温差往往给人带来不适感,甚至会影响人体健康。随着建筑技术的不断发展,除了考虑商业综合体功能的合理性与建筑形式的美观性之外,建筑内人体热舒适也逐渐受到人们的重视。为了研究商业综合体入口过渡空间的存在是否能对建筑热舒适性的提高起到积极的作用,本研究于2019年9-10月在中国广州地区的两个商业综合体(一个无入口过渡空间,一个有入口过渡空间)展开了实测,研究收集了受试者在这两个商业综合体相同活动状态下的客观热环境参数和主观感觉问卷。研究结果表明,入口有过渡空间的商业综合体,受试者在出入建筑的过程中具有更好的热舒适体验,过渡空间的存在对温度突变能起到一定的缓冲作用,并缩短到稳态的时间。本研究对改善商业综合体的热环境现状、保护人们的健康,以及实现可持续设计有重要意义。 Guangzhou is located in the subtropical region of China,often in a high temperature and humidity environment.In order to resist the high temperature,most commercial complexes are designed to be fully enclosed air-conditioned buildings,but the large temperature difference between indoor and outdoor often brings discomfort to people,and even affects human health.With the continuous development of building technology,in addition to the consideration of the rationality of commercial complex functions and the aesthetics of building forms,the thermal comfort of the human body in the building is also gradually valued by people.In order to study whether the existence of transition space at the entrance of commercial complex can play a positive role in improving the thermal comfort of buildings,this study was conducted in two commercial complexes(one with no entrance transition space and one with entrance transition space)in Guangzhou,China from September to October 2019,and objective thermal environment parameters and subjective sensory questionnaires of subjects in the same activity state of the two commercial complexes were collected.The research results show that the commercial complex with transition space at the entrance has higher thermal comfort in a certain time range when the human body enters and exits the building,and the existence of transition space can play a certain buffer effect on the temperature abrupt change and shorten the time to reach the steady state.This study is of great significance for improving the thermal environment of commercial complex,protecting people’s health and realizing sustainable design.
